Some reports are unpersuasive or even misleading due to certain dead zone and mistaken ideas in their recognition. The "public prejudice" against the rehabilitated group, for example, most reports have not clearly stated: whether there is any positive effect parallel with the negative ones from it? Why could discrimination remains after hundreds of thousands of years of social evolution? Why are drug addicts being discriminated by the public? Why such discrimination should be eliminated? What's the value of such elimination actions? What’s the negative affect of the public prejudice against the drug users? How could they properly treat that? And questions suchlike, what is a proper drug-related performance concept? How to view the abstention of drug abusers in a rational manner? What’s the logical start point and bottom-line of the public tolerance and relief offering to them?

The crisis of spiritual beliefs is the root cause and biggest thrust among all the causes of drug abuse around the world. It is also the same in China. Drugs were completely prohibited after the founding of new China, recovered since the reform and opening up, and now constitute an increasing risk to the society. People's beliefs in communism are shocked as they experiencing the fraction in traditional Chinese culture because of the ultra-left impact during the Cultural Revolution, the prevail of “interests always come first” under market-oriented economy, and the dreadful corruption among the official circles.
