In the training assistance mechanism, the human resource and social security department integrates the employment technical trainings for drug rehabilitation and recovery personnel into the plan of labor technical training; drug rehabilitation centers strengthen the employment technical training for drug rehabilitation and recovery personnel before their release from rehabilitation centers; the members of the Drug Control Commission conduct targeted assistance, to help drug rehabilitation and recovery personnel to receive employment technical training, develop job posts, and look for self-employment projects.


In supervision and assessment mechanism, the development of the “Sunshine Project” is included into the social management and innovation work for assessment.
