To reflect the special care to the special group of drug addicts in the social management, the "Sunshine Project" integrates family love to education and assistance in actual work by giving the "Sunshine love." The management staff treat every educational object as their friend and relative, and educate, save, and help them like their teachers, doctors, and teachers. The psychological treatment is the key to promote the psychological health of drug rehabilitation personnel with true care and love. Most of drug rehabilitation personnel feel themselves inferior, lack confidence, and have a sense of guilty. For this reason, the “sunshine enterprises” in Guizhou have created a working method of eliminating estrangement with love, promoting communication with care, showing true love in details, providing services with eagerness, and realizing return to the society with patience. The demonstration points of the “Sunshine Project” are equipped with psychological consultants, psychologists, and drug control volunteers and cadres. To reflect the humanistic care to the special group of drug addicts, various kinds of useful activities are organized in community-based drug rehabilitation and recovery sites. All sites organize recreational and sports activities, and regularly organize drug rehabilitation personnel to participate in social activities and let them feel family care and respect, which play an active and promoting role in helping their physical detoxification, physical and mental recovery, and integration into the society.

Some leaders of Party committees and governments do not understand the significant of human rights to the "Sunshine Project," and do not understand why efforts should be made to provide employment for drug addicts when many government departments feel it difficult to handle the employment issue of university graduates. Such a view is not based on human rights, so it is unreasonable. Even if it is difficult to handle the employment issue of university graduates, efforts should also be made to provide employment for drug addicts as drug addicts are patients and need the care of Party committees and governments more. This can better reflect the love and care of party Committees and governments to drug addicts, our country’s determination to fully respect and ensure human rights, and the CPC’s fundamental purpose of putting people first and governing for the public.
