I stayed at home awaiting for job assignment for a long time because of too much discrimination against us, the rehabilitated. All the employers asked for checking ID card through which they could easily find that I used to be a drug addict and then refused me immediately after that. Last March, I heard of the “Sunshine Project” from a friend, so I came here just to have a try to get a job. I was deeply touched when Director Wang who received me then said “now we’ve got another member among our sisters and brothers”.
