I applied to the municipal government at that time for establishing a platform for the rehabilitated because they were discriminated everywhere as a special group of people. Secretary Chen of the municipal Party committee kept in mind my appeals and contacted many factories all of which refused to accept our proposal. He kept seeking until this one which gave its consent. And then, our “Sunlight Project” was commenced.
