The hazard lies in narcotics and the hardships in eradicating drugs are both hardly understandable. Drug users are lawbreakers but also they are the victims as well. Let’s join our efforts in the “Sunshine Project” to enlighten their hearts and minds full of grey with the warm-hearted sunshine, to encourage them to sense the confidence and hope for resuming their normal life and returning to a path with the joy of sunshine.
