Qian Linhua: employees of "Sunshine Enterprises" can hold the post of senior management staffs as long as they get rid of drugs

(Male, born on December 8, 1968, Ethnic Han, Member of Chinese Communist Party, is the manager of Guizhou Kaili Fengqiu Magnetic Material Co., Ltd. Under the cooperation with the municipal Narcotics Control Office, Qian Linhua established "Fengqiu Sunshine Home" in Kaili City in August 2011. He has taken active modes to promote rehabilitated drug users to work with ordinary staff members, and enjoy equal pay. Up to August 2012, job placement has been provided to 105 rehabilitated drug users in this factory.

The "Sunshine Employment Supporting Center" established in Fenggang County in March 2011 will help and recommend rehabilitated drug users to work in corresponding enterprises. Up to August 2012, the center has successively recommended 37 rehabilitated drug users to work in other enterprises.
