(Han nationality, born in July 1963, currently the vice town-chief of the People’s Government of Yongxi Town of Nayong County. She innovated in the anti-drug work ideas, organized 48 sessions of trainings for the peer education school, trained more than 150 people (times), assisted in the admonition of more than 120 community-based drug rehabilitation persons, helped more than 90 people (times) to apply for minimum living allowance, helped more than 10 households solve low-rent housing problems, won over 1.2 million funds for the construction of Sunshine Xinxi Cleaning Company in Yongxi County, and provided concentrated placement for 50 people.
