Since 2011, the “Sunshine Project” centering on “job placement” has been promoted in full swing in Guizhou Province, establishing a “four-in-one” new mode for community-based drug detoxification and rehabilitation works by integrating the aspects of “physiologic detoxification, psychological recovery, job placement, and social inclusion”.
