Half of girls will not get married without a house (2)

(People's Daily Online)

Wang Guorong, a senior supervisor at Suzhou Rongge Psychotherapy Center, attributed it to their age. Young people are naturally cautious about sex because they lack social experience and wealth. People born in the 1970s have much more social experience and wealth, and are thus more open to sex activity.

Are houses and cars necessary conditions for marriage? According to the survey, 66 percent of male respondents do not regard them as necessary conditions, but 52 percent of female respondents consider houses to be a necessary condition for marriage. In addition, 70 percent of female respondents aged between 18 and 25 like men about 10 years older, and 17 percent of them have had relationships with older men who they think are more mature, considerate, sedate, and charming.

Wang attributed this to young women's lack of the sense of security. "Women between 18 and 25 years old are just beginning to become psychologically mature, and can be easily satisfied by older men who have rich social experience and considerable wealth. They should consider how they can satisfy older men, and try not to be harmed by blind pursuit of seemingly ideal love. After all, people who have more social experience and wealth tend to take the initiative in a relationship," Song said worriedly.

"People are demanding higher and higher living standards. This is understandable, but they are sometimes too impatient," Song said. "Most women attach too much importance to houses, cars, and other material conditions, which is one of the main reasons for the persistently high divorce rate. In fact, it is quite unfair to young men with great potential. Without family support, few young people can afford a house shortly after they start working. Marriage is not like eating fast food. It is also a kind of happiness if lovers can struggle together for a bright future."
