The members of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Wuhan had proposed to supply central heating for the city for many times. They said people will not freeze to death in Wuhan without heating supply but they may leave the city.
Will you leave a city because of cold? The cold weather will not directly force people to leave a city, but it is noteworthy that residents in China's eastern and central regions suffer a lot from cold in winter.
