For a long time, the regional heating of China's southern and northern regions is so embarrassing: The people in northern areas such as Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Beijing where the outdoor temperature is as low as minus dozens degrees centigrade in winter can raise the indoor temperature to 20 degrees centigrade or more through central heating, and people in southern areas including Fujian, Guangdong and Hainan where the lowest temperature is higher than zero degree centigrade can also escape cold by wearing warm clothes.

However, the residents in eastern and central China in the dividing line of north and south and junction of cold and warm areas such as Anhui, Jiangxi and Hubei have to endure the cold of minus 3 degrees centigrade.

There will be new "dividing line" and "junction" if changing the current structure of heating supply. The key to eliminate controversy is that the relevant government departments should be practical and realistic to formulate urban construction planning, improves the urban facilities and meets the reasonable demands of the masses.

You may not leave a city because of cold but it may reduce your feeling of happiness.
