Besides the high-grade, precision and advanced products like large equipment, airplane and tank ship, self-owned brand products also make new breakthrough in some traditional labor intensive industry. In Shenzhen, the largest furniture export base in China, positive factors like international network marketing and concentration of high-end design talents drive the industrial upgrading and create advantageous conditions for the transformation of Shenzhen furniture to export of self-owned brands. The local export furniture industry begins to get rid of its status as processing factory with "both source of raw material and product sale market in foreign countries" and the localization of industrial chain makes a breakthrough. Presently, the self-owned brand export of Shenzhen furniture has exceeded processing trade.
