Rural library enriches villagers’ cultural lives (3)

Before it was renovated, the library located in Shangqiang village, Huzhou city, east China’s Zhejiang province covered only 20 square meters. As it was old and shabby, kids were reluctant to come. After renovations were completed, the library was expanded to cover 120 square meters. Home to 4,000 books related to culture, agriculture and healthcare, the library has become a favorite place for villagers of different ages.
