Doctor axed to death

A doctor was axed to death by a man in a hospital in north China's Tianjin Municipality on Thursday, police sources have confirmed.

Kang Hongqian, who was around 40 years old, was attacked and killed at around 1:30 pm by the axe-wielding man in her clinic on the second floor of the No.1 Hospital Affiliated to the Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, sources said.
