We consider "drug prohibition" as work focus, try our best to reduce the increase in the number of drug addicts, and make containing the "high relapse rate" as top concern to spare no effort to reduce the relapse rate. We have chosen "job placement" as breakthrough point, and explored and created a new mode for community-based drug rehabilitation and recovery, featuring physical detoxification, physical and mental recovery, job placement, and integration into the society, and taking "sunshine enterprises" as carriers.

Job placement enables the drug rehabilitation and recovery personnel to get jobs and things to do, schools to attend, to have stable income and domicile, to obtain assistance when they have difficulties, to be able to receive treatment when they are ill, and to enjoy physical and mental health, and care and love. Guizhou also spares no effort to help them get rid of their physical and mental dependence on drugs, overcome drug addiction, recover, and retrieve their confidence, themselves, and self-esteem, enabling them to live and work like normal people, and truly return to and integrate into the society.
