Li Zhanshu

Li Zhanshu (member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee, member of Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, and director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee)

The establishment of the "Sunshine Employment and Production Base" is a good thing to the society. Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and provincial government should give strong support and vigorous promotion. The province should also increase financial support, and all localities should implement Minister Meng Jianzhu's instructions in earnest. Drug addicts should recognize the influence of drug taking on the society and their own health, but they should not have mental burden, and instead they should have confidence that the Party and the government will not disfavor them, and the society will not disfavor them. The Party and the government, and the society will care about them. (Excerpt from the speech delivered by Li Zhanshu at the community-based drug rehabilitation and recovery symposium at the "Sunshine Employment Base" in Yunyan District, Guiyang, Guizhou Province on June 14, 2011)
