Guizhou has done very well in social management and innovation (on drug control). During actual drug control work, Guizhou carries out humanized and scientific drug rehabilitation, which further reflects the development requirement of putting people first. The whole society should enhance drug prohibition publicity, make everyone learn about Manager Zhang Tao to become an entrepreneur with a sense of social responsibility. An enterprise should not only create wealth for the society, but should also assist in the society including providing job opportunities for people who took drugs, made a mistake, or broke the law, to make them feel the society's care and love, and help them truly return to the society. This is also a very important task for the Party Committee and the government.
