Nine million passenger trips were made by civil aviation during the 2023 Spring Festival holiday, an increase of 79.8 percent over the same period in 2022, according to China Civil Aviation Administration.
In the same period, 50.174 million passenger trips were made by railways nationwide, with an average daily number of 7.168 million, an increase of 57.0 percent year-on-year, according to National Railway Administration.
