During the Spring Festival holiday, the revenue of key catering companies surveyed increased by 24.7 percent compared with the Spring Festival period in 2022 and 1.9 percent compared with that in 2019.
The restaurants footfall increased 26 percent compared to last year's Spring Festival and was roughly the same as that of 2019, according to a survey conducted by the China Cuisine Association.
