County in Xinjiang goes all out to alleviate poverty

Toli county, located in northwest China's Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, has put a number of poverty-alleviation projects into operation in recent years. These include an industrial park, e-commerce center and a photovoltaic power station, significantly consolidating poverty alleviation results.

The county was designated as a key poverty-stricken one in 2012, and has now lifted all of its registered poor population out of poverty.
