
Known as the “hometown of mushrooms”, Qingyuan county, east China’s Zhejiang province, has speeded up processing of its most famous product amid the pneumonia outbreak.
As China’s largest shiitake distribution center, Qingyuan has an annual output of 120 million sections of edible fungi, 66 percent of which are shiitakes.
