As most people in China are striving to remain at home to avoid cross-infection, some commuters who have no choice other than to go out to work have started to experiment with various means of keeping themselves safe from the epidemic.

To list a few examples, some people wear self-made protective clothing to work. In contrast, others use various articles they find useful to keep definite distance from other people in public places as well as on buses, taxis, subways and other means of transportation.
