A total of 18 orphans with disability were treated in the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine on Friday under the "Tomorrow Plan", a national project funded by the Ministry of Civil Affairs that began in 2004, which aims to offer free medical treatments for disabled orphans aged zero to 18 in the country. By the end of 2018, about 4,000 orphans with disability have received medical treatments and 1,000 orphans diagnosed with cerebral palsy have received rehabilitation trainings under the "Tomorrow Plan" in Hunan Province.
