Crane lifts 400 kg bull from 10-meter-deep cave

(People's Daily Online)    17:59, January 21, 2019

At around 1 PM on Jan. 16, a 400-kilogram bull accidentally fell into a 10-meter-deep cave behind a gas station in Tanfang Village of Yanshan County, Yunnan Province, China. As the cave was incredibly narrow, the bull couldn't escape on its own, so firefighters were called in. They attached a long piece of rope to a crane, which was then lowered down and attached to the distressed bull. Fortunately, due to the rescue plan's proper execution, the bull was rescued at around 5.50 PM, only suffering some light bruising around its stomach.
