Thousands of soldiers, part of the People’s Liberation Army border troops in Altay, northwestern China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, conducted training in temperatures of minus 20 degrees Celsius this Wednesday. The soldiers said they would carry on the fine traditions of the army, and contribute their strength to the building of a stronger force.
