Effective methods help locals get rid of poverty in Guangxi (2)

The combined photo taken on July 22, 2018 shows Shi Qiuxiang, a local farmer, working at a sweet potato plantation with villagers in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Due to harsh environmental conditions, Rongshui has long been a less developed area in China. Up to now, there are still 76,800 impoverished people living in the county. In recent years, the local government carries out effective methods for poverty alleviation, helping local people to build roads, repair houses, improve education and develop industry.
