Fan Xiaoqin, a boy from the town of Shima Town in Ji'an County, Jiangxi, is an online star because he looks a lot like Jack Ma, founder of the e-commerce giant Alibaba and one of China's richest men.
On July 4, a man named Zhang Chengliang brought the boy to Hangzhou to take summer classes. Zhang said he just wants to help him get an education and that it is not a publicity stunt.
