Recently, an upside down house made its debut in the Paradise Walk business district of Chongqing, China News reported on Feb. 8.
The house, created by Topshow Trading Co., Ltd, is the first such creative exhibition in the Chinese mainland, coming after exhibitions in Taipei and Kaohsiung. It was built by 116 workers over the course of two months using 15,000 screws. There are 12 rooms in the structure, covering an area of more than 600 square meters.
The exhibits are all upside down, offering an unusual visual impact. Visitors can also glimpse a new-energy automobile when they first enter the room, in addition to a chafing dish on the dining table and a mah-jong table on the ceiling.
