From November 11 to 12, 2015, Bright Food (Group) Co., Ltd. (or “Bright Food” for short) convened Overseas Enterprises Work Conference 2015. Lv Yongjie, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Bright Food, delivered a keynote speech on Bright Food's strategy to go global in the next three years. At the conference, which had "achieving synergy through fusion and improving management" as its central theme, all Bright Food's participating branches and subsidiaries held in-depth discussions to figure out how to strengthen the communication and collaboration between Bright Food and its overseas branches and subsidiaries and between its overseas branches and subsidiaries, and how to strengthen the management of Bright Food's overseas branches and subsidiaries, with the aim of speeding up its effort to go global. Every overseas branch and subsidiary of Bright Food gave a detailed report of how it had operated, how it had made every effort to achieve synergy, and what synergy plans and strategic planning it would implement in the future. And their parent companies also explained in detail how their overseas branches and subsidiaries had achieved synergy in the Chinese market and what they would do to achieve greater synergy.

Chairman Lv explained how Bright Food had implemented its corporate strategy at group level, particularly its strategy for going global. Chairman Lv introduced to the conference Bright Food's overall strategy for going global in the next three years from three different angles, namely by explaining the strategic direction in which Bright Food will follow in its effort to build itself into a multinational, by describing how Bright Food will fully comply with the requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission as well as its building of a solid management foundation for its effort to go global, and by explaining its effort to become part of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative and build a platform to facilitate its efforts.

It was stressed at the conference that guided by its "Five Plus One" strategic direction (which involves a group-wide effort to make Bright Food's operations market-oriented, specialized, international, securitized, standardized, and talent-conscious), Bright Food will gradually realize the collection of goals set for each stage of its development, which can be summarized as “12550888500”, in implementing its strategic plans in the next three years, and will build itself into a major business prominent, domestically leading, internationally competitive and comprehensive food group with a famous brand, thereby becoming one of the multinationals in Shanghai's effort to create five to eight multinationals and a Fortune 500 business.
