2015 Shanghai China International Food Exposition(China Food Expo), which is also the 10^th Food Festival of Bright Food (Group) Co., Ltd. In this year’s Bright Food Festival, various enterprises under the Group present a variety of new products and premium products.

FILIPPO BERIO olive oil, which represents Italian quality, enters the Chinese market officially. It is equipped with the most cutting-edge modern facilities across Europe and the most advanced technology for edible oil production. FILIPPO BERIO olive oil will be shining in the China Food Expo.

Chongming silver aromatic rice, presented by Bright Rice under Liangyou Group, comes from two large production bases in the northwest and middle of Chongming Island under Bright Rice, namely, Yuejin and Changjiang production bases. The rice looks like crystal, and it is pretty white, bright, aromatic, glutinous and tasty after being cooked.   

A food feast themed by “We only deal with imported and importable food – Premium grain-fed Canadian beef”, held by Canada Beef International Institute and Million Gourmet Limited, will be carried out in the expo. Million Gourmet Limited introduced Canadian beef to Shanghai.

Shanghai tea company Wang Yu Tai will promote the century gift series – Ji Xiang Ru Yi. Professional team from Wang Yu Tai visited quality tea production base a couple of times before presenting four series composed of Ji – Ji Qing You Yu, Xiang – Zhen Xiang Zhi Li, Ru – Wan Zhong Ru Yi and Yi – Shi Qing Hua Yi.

F. De Maison will bring new premium Spanish wine to this glorious China Food Expo, which is DO level wine from Valdepenas. F. De Maison created unique wine selecting radar map, describing each the characteristics of product from seven major aspects, namely, flower aroma, fruit aroma, sweetness, mildness, aroma from the barrel, sweetness after taste and complicity, in order to help consumers find the wine that best suits their taste.

Shanghai Bright Special Aquaculture Co., Ltd. under Bright Foods Group Shanghai Chang Jiang Corp. will present the clear-water hairy crab under the brand of Chongao, which won the Golden Crab Award in 2015 Wang Bao He Cup. Chongao clear-water hairy crab has won this award for five straight years.

Milk Shed promotes flower biscuits, which is based on traditional flower biscuit production technique and combined with unique Milk Shed material. The fresh flower from Yunnan province was integrated with milk, producing a special dessert with sweet taste and great nutrients in different varieties.

Guan Sheng Yuan promotes cross-border candy gift package “White Rabbit - Agnes b.”, which is created by senior designer Agnes b. The first batch of two types of packages, light blue classic milk candy and pink red bean milk candy, is in limited quantity.
