On October 1, Miquel Alimentació held the employees’ meet-and-greet and the new session of board meeting in the head office of Figueres, Spain. Vice President Ge Junjie of Bright Food (Group) Co., Ltd. (or Bright Food for short), President Cui Zhijun of Shanghai Tangjiu (Group) Co., Ltd. (or SSCW for short), Bright Food’s Investment Department, relevant directors of Tangjiu, and relevant directors of JIC Investment Co., Ltd. (or JIC Investment for short) and Donghuatong attended the meeting.

Ge Junjie delivered his sincere thanks to Miquel Alimentació’s operation team and all employees on behalf of Bright Food, SSCW, JIC Investment and Donghuatong and highly appreciated Miquel Alimentació’s development performance and achievement. Ge Junjie pointed out that after Bright Food, JIC Investment and Donghuatong took over Miquel Alimentació, Miquel Alimentació would transfer from a local Spanish enterprise to an international enterprise and would transfer its focus on Spanish market to on global market, which would start the new page in Miquel Alimentació’s development history.

Ge Junjie suggested that Miquel Alimentació was a very excellent enterprise with the competiveness and brand influence. Bright Food took over Miquel Alimentació for these reasons: Spain had abundant food resources; Miquel Alimentació had a good business mode, the advanced concept, supply chain management system, operation team and employees’ team, and had a strong ability of integrating food resources, which would form the great synergic effect with Chinese market and conception upgrading. After introducing the internationalization situation of Bright Food, Ge Junjie pointed out that Bright Food and SSCW would make all efforts to support the development of Miquel Alimentació.
