On October 28, 2015, Lv Yongjie, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Bright Food (Group) Co., Ltd. (or Bright Food for short), and Wiebe Draijer, Chairman of the Executive Board at Rabobank, signed a strategic partnership agreement at a ceremony witnessed by Willem-Alexander, the King of the Netherlands.
During his talks with Chairman Wiebe Draijer, Chairman Lv expressed his thanks to Rabobank for its support for Bright Food's strategy to go global, and pointed out that, capitalizing on its strength in agriculture and food industries, Rabobank had participated in most of Bright Food's mergers and acquisitions operations overseas since 2010. Chairman Lv also introduced Chairman Wiebe Draijer to Bright Food's strategy for growing its business, its mission as a business, and the progress of its various efforts to go global. Chairman Wiebe Draijer expressed the hope that Rabobank would further strengthen its cooperation with Bright Food in all possible areas and therefore become a major partner in its effort to go global.
