Vice President Ge Junjie meets with M&A CEO of Bank of Montreal, Canada

On the afternoon of May 13, Ge Junjie, vice president of Bright Food (Group) Co., Ltd. met with the visiting delegation led by Thomas V. Milroy, M&A CEO of Bank of Montreal, Canada. During the meeting, they made extensive and friendly exchanges on further cooperation of both sides in the future.

Milroy briefly introduced the overall business situation of Bank of Montreal, and fully agreed with the judgment and measures of Bright Food Group in the international mergers and acquisitions. He also promised to invest more resources in international mergers and acquisitions of Bright Food Group. As a leading bank in North America, Bank of Montreal has rich business resources and will offer more services and help to overseas mergers and acquisitions of Bright Food Group.

Ge briefed the status quo of investment situation in North America and overseas mergers and acquisition pace of Bright Food Group, and fully affirmed the comprehensive service capacity of Bank of Montreal in North America. Later, he expressed the desire for the both sides to further strengthen cooperation in international mergers and acquisitions.
