The government must be responsible for drug control and drug addict rescue, and fulfill its responsibility of providing high-quality public services.The key to deal with the psychological addiction of drug addicts is to create an atmosphere where they can resist temptation, and a “safety island” for drug addicts to voluntarily receive treatment and detoxification recovery in ease. With the aid mainly based on labor and other auxiliary healthcare means, and since the adoption of “loving care factories,” by the end of last year, 399 drug addicts got rid of drug addiction for three consecutive years in Dujun. Over the previous one or two decades, only 6 people once got rid of drug addiction for three consecutive years.

Our “Sunshine Project” is a system supported by the government in terms of capital, tax, and land use. We will also provide them with guidance in terms of markets.
