
On Feb. 9, a video wedding was held in Guizhou’s Zheng’an County for a couple who were hundreds of kilometers apart because of the COVID-19 epidemic.
The bridegroom, Yang Cheng, is the leader of the local fire station, and the bride, Han Xiaoyao, works for a local community. Their wedding ceremony was supposed to be held on Feb. 9. However, facing the sudden outbreak of the epidemic, they agreed to cancel the wedding and banquet and rushed back to their posts to help with epidemic prevention and control work.
