
The International Dota 2 Championships is one of the largest e-sports events in the world. This year's tournament is now underway in Shanghai, China, running from August 15 to 25.

The International Dota 2 Championships kicks off in Shanghai with a Record-Breaking Prize Pool
The prize pool is over $33 million. 18 teams from around the world, including competitive teams from China, are pit against each other. The champion team will take home more than $15 million.
This is the first time ever that China has hosted the tournament.
