Women play vital role in poverty alleviation efforts in village of Guangxi (4)

Photo taken on July 2, 2019 shows villagers passing on stones to repair a river dam in Wuying Village, a Miao village under joint administration of Rongshui County, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Congjiang County, southwest China's Guizhou Province. As most of the local man adults left home to work in other cities and towns, the women of Wuying Village have played a vital role in poverty alleviation efforts and joined the work of building local public infrastructure.
