Inheritor of Huanren wood-block painting committed to promote craft in innovative way (8)

Chen Dongming airs wood-block paintings at his studio in Huanren County of Benxi, northeast China's Liaoning Province, May 27, 2019. Chen Dongming, a 52-year-old wood-block painter from Wafang Village of Huanren County in Benxi, learned the techniques from his grandfather since young. As an inheritor of Huanren wood-block painting, a provincial intangible cultural heritage in Liaoning, Chen has been committed to making a proper integration of traditional Chinese landscape paintings and wood-block New Year paintings to promote the craft in an innovative way.
