International Museum Day marked around world (64)

Museum Island, a UNESCO world heritage site, is the northern part of an island in the Spree river in Berlin. Its name comes from the complex of worldwide famous museums such as Altes Museum (Old Museum), Neues Museum (New Museum), Alte Nationalgalerie (Old National Gallery), Bode Museum and Pergamon Museum.
