Pu’er Cultural and Tourism Bureau, Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and Municipal Finance Bureau have jointly launched the Pu’er City Plan to Revitalize Traditional Handicrafts.
The traditional handicrafts refer to representative projects of intangible cultural heritage, including traditional skills, traditional fine arts, and traditional medicine processing.
The traditional handicrafts of Pu’er city have a long history and unique features. As many as 52 traditional handicrafts of Pu’er are on the representative projects list of intangible cultural heritage at the national, provincial, and municipal levels.
