Chongli calls for donations for Winter Sports Museum

Chongli District of Zhangjiakou City, where the 2022 Olympic Winter Games major snow events will be held, launched a global collection of exhibits for the Winter Sports Museum at the National Olympic Stadium in Beijing, March 31, 2019.

Announcement of Global Collection of Exhibits for Chongli District Winter Sports Museum

纯洁的冰雪，激情的约会。北京携手张家口将于2022年举办第24届冬季奥林匹克运动会，这不仅是北京、张家口两地发展史上的里程碑大事，同时也是一件国家大事、世界体育盛会。

Joyful Rendezvous upon Pure Ice & Snow. It is not only the milestone in the developmental process of Beijing and Zhangjiakou, but also a grand event for the nation and whole world that Beijing and Zhangjiakou are going to co-host the 24th Olympic Winter Games.

为全面展示2022年冬奥会申办、筹办历程和世界冰雪运动文化，加强和保护冬奥会遗产，弘扬和平、友谊和团结的奥林匹克精神，全面落实绿色、共享、开放、廉洁的办奥理念，决定在冬奥会雪上赛事主办地——张家口市崇礼区建设一座冰雪博物馆。现面向全球广泛征集各类冰雪、奥运物品及资料，相关事项公告如下：

In a bid to completely display the process of 2022 Olympic Winter Games’ application and preparation, and international winter sports culture, enhance the protection for Olympic Winter Games’ legacy, uphold the Olympic spirit such as peace, friendship and consolidation, implement the Olympic preparation in a green, sharing, open and clean-fingered manner. It has decided to build a Winter Sports Museum in Chongli, Zhangjiakou City, where the Olympic major snow events will be held. Now it plans to globally collect various kinds of exhibits such as winter sports and Olympic equipment, gadgets and paperwork. The details are as below.

一、征集时间 Period of Validity

二、征集范围 Collecting Coverage

（一）反映世界范围内冰雪运动发展历程的典型见证物；

Collections reflecting the process of winter sports development worldwide.

（二）反映世界范围内奥林匹克运动历史等方面的典型见证物；

Collections reflecting the history of international Olympic movement, etc.

（三）京张2022冬奥会和冬残奥会申办、筹办过程中产生的具有重要纪念意义的见证物；

Significant collections in the bidding and preparing process of Beijing-Zhangjiakou 2022 Winter Olympic Games.

（四）其他具有重要历史价值、科学价值、艺术价值的奥运见证物。

Other Olympic collections which have significant value on history, science and art.

三、征集类别 Collecting Items

包括冰雪装备、服装、文献、勋章徽章证件、实用器物、旗帜、书刊传单、音像制品、货币邮票和其他杂项等。

Including winter sports equipment, garments, paperwork, medals, badges, credentials, utensils, banners, books, leaflets, audio-visual products, coins and stamps, etc.

四、征集对象 Collecting Object

有意向捐赠的机构或个人（以下简称捐赠人）

Institution and individual who are willing to donate collections (hereinafter referred to as the donor).

五、征集方式 Collecting Means

无偿捐赠

Voluntary donation.

六、捐赠人条件 Qualification of Donor

捐赠人应具备完全民事行为能力，有资格和能力签署相关法律文本。

Donor shall have full capacity for civil conduct, who is qualified and able to sign relevant legal texts.

捐赠人应当保证捐赠物的合法性，不存在法律纠纷及争议。来源不明或者来源不合法的捐赠物不在征集范围之内。

Donor shall guarantee the legality of his donation, without any legal dispute. The collection without reliable sources or illegal is not accepted by the collection.

捐赠人应按崇礼区冰雪博物馆规定的程序参与征集。

Donor, who participates in the collection, shall follow rules of the established procedure by Chongli District Winter Sports Museum.

七、征集程序 Collecting Procedure

（一）捐赠人准备材料：需提交《捐赠物申报表》及相关资料（见附件）发送至征集邮箱。全部资料将作为专家评审论证的资料，一旦提交不予退还。

Donor’s filing documents: Application Form for Donation and related credentials （listed in appendix） is needed to send to the E-mail address. All documents, when filed shall not be returned, will be reviewed and discussed by experts.

（二）捐赠物的甄选与入藏：崇礼冰雪博物馆将阶段性组织专家对捐赠物及资料进行评审。

The appreciation and selection of Donation: The Appreciation of all donations will be phased by experts invited by Chongli District Winter Sports Museum.

崇礼冰雪博物馆联系符合入藏条件的捐赠人，签署捐赠协议并办理捐赠手续。

Chongli District Winter Sports Museum will make contact with the donor whose donation has been selected as exhibit to sign the Donating Agreement and implement donating procedure.

（三）捐赠人权益：1.捐赠物经过鉴选确定入藏后，崇礼冰雪博物馆将为捐赠人颁发捐赠证书，并以适当方式予以铭记。2. 捐赠人凭证书可享受免费入馆参观、优先参加文化交流活动等权益。

Donor’s rights: 1. When donation is appreciated and selected as an exhibit, Chongli District Winter Sports Museum will award a certificate to its donor, and be in memory of his contribution through other adequate ways. 2. Donor can enjoy the privilege of visiting the museum for free, favorably participate in cultural communicating activities and etc., with the certificate.
