More old-age pensions

Pensioners of Chinese enterprises, government agencies, and public institutions are going to see an increase in their average monthly payments in 2019, which will mark the 15th consecutive year to witness a growth.

Basic pension benefits for rural and unemployed urban residents will also rise in the coming year. Many provinces and cities have issued official policies on increasing basic pension benefits, while some have already clearly set their increment.
