Weekly Buzzword: a bridge too far

Hi, welcome to Weekly Buzzword presented by People’s Daily. Today, let’s talk about the Hong Kong- Zhuhai- Macao bridge that recently opened to traffic.

The HZMB officially opened on October 24. It marks the first time that Zhuhai, Macao and Hong Kong are connected by land. It shrinks the travel time between these three places from three hours to approximately 45 minutes. The dream of "Three places, One hour" has finally come true.
