The program, sponsored by the Silk Road Fraternity Fund of the Chinese Red Cross Foundation (CRCF), plans to provide medical treatment for 100 Mongolian children suffering from congenial heart disease. Last year, 53 children from Ulan Bator received heart surgeries in China.
