The training is a "luminous point" of sustainable development of the company and marks another delightful achievement of localized management measure of overseas projects of CRSG.
Wellington-Masiaka Highway constructed by CRSG, after operations and management, suitably meets with the expectation of the government and people of Sierra Leone: reliable road quality, grand tolling plaza, complete supporting facilities, and normative tolling operations. As the first tolling highway in Sierra Leone, Wellington-Masiaka Highway has important historical significance. Localized management is vigorously implemented by CRSG from the start of company operations, and is good and positive for the company to enter local economy society. Local staff employed from the society have high education background and quite strong professional skills, and are able to do the management and operation work after systematic training, so they are chosen as middle-level managers or workers. Meanwhile, the company has provided many kinds of jobs for Sierra Leone when employing local staff and carried out social responsibilities well, which wins recognition of local governments and people.

In addition, high-density field study across four provinces helped the trainees learn related skills and management experience more directly and profoundly. Moreover, there were also cultural visits and kinds of entertainment activities in the training course, which not only helped the trainees feel China's greatness, but also comprehensively promoted their theoretical and practical skill levels, strengthened senses of belonging and honor, and finally carried forward localized management process of Sierra Leone.
