
The world's longest sea bridge, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, will be open to vehicular traffic shortly. We went to the artificial island on the mega bridge, adjacent to the western boundary of Hong Kong SAR, to bring you the lastest update.

The Hong Kong Link Road (HKLR) which connects main bridge with the Hong Kong SAR Boundary Crossing Facilities, is under its final installation, testing its traffic management and monitoring systems. The construction of other supporting facilities are also being finalized.

Once open to traffic, the 55-kilometer bridge will save a huge amount of travel time and link up 60 million people to a metropolitan economy.
