This bullfighting performance named “Guanniu” in Chinese, is a traditional sports activity by the Hui people. According to Jiaxing history records, "Guanniu" was originated in Yuan and Song dynasties.
Unlike Spain bullfighting, Hui minority bullfighter will fight the bull without any weapon. In 2010, it was listed as one of the third group of China's national intangible cultural heritages.
