On August 22, Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ) and Cybernaut Investment Group (Cybernaut) signed a strategic cooperation agreement, announcing that the settlement of Cybernaut's northwestern headquarters, industrial investment fund, technology finance service platform, and other projects in XDZ.
Prior to the signing ceremony, Wang Yongkang, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Xi'an Municipal Committee, met with Zhu Min, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Founder of Cybernaut and presented a letter appointing him as Technology Advisor to the Xi'an Municipal People's Government.
