"Entrepreneurship Xi'an" Action Plan (2017-2021) has recently been released.
A viable and distinctive citywide entrepreneurial ecological environment offering efficient services and well known in the country will come into being by 2021.
According to the plan, Xi'an will set up a venture capital fund of 3 billion yuan and the "Xi'an Talent Scout Award", establish talent classification standards and talent identification procedures, and grant a maximum subsidy of 5 million yuan and a maximum venture capital of 50 million yuan.
